This service is for the client that would like to do the staging work themselves. It involves an in person walk through of the home’s interior and exterior. I will take notes and digital photos of each area of the home that would benefit from being staged. I will than return to my office and write a comprehensive report detailing an action plan for each area that needs to be staged. I will return to your home and review the report with you. The report will include, but not limited to, a top ten punch list to help the home owner prioritize, showing instructions, paint color recommendations and furniture placement that will aid in successfully staging your home. Once the staging work is done by you, I can return to your home to answer any questions and help with any fine tuning.
This service is a free consultation for the client that would like to have the staging work done for them. It involves an evaluation of the home’s interior and exterior. I will then determine which areas of the home would benefit from staging and I will also take digital photos. I will than present my recommendations for the home owner to look at. Often times the home can be staged with items the home owner already has. Staging does not have to be expensive. I can do as little or as much as you, the home owner, would like to have done.
Staging the vacant home
This service involves an evaluation of the vacant home to determine which rooms would benefit from being staged. Not all rooms need to be staged. Together, working with a furniture rental company, we can devise a plan as to which rooms should be staged. A few pieces of furniture placed in the right areas of the home shows off the purpose of the room. It will enable the buyer to see the room’s full potential. It also gives the home a warm and inviting feeling along with a lasting impression. Staging a vacant home is a smart investment and should not be overlooked.
